Genealogy through DNA sampling, September 27, 2012, 6-7:30pm at Bradford Co. Public Library presented by Arnold D. Weeks, Jr.
This program will explore the use of DNA testing to extend paternal and maternal lineages. DNA basics will be discussed briefly. Current DNA test services, surname projects and other genetic genealogy issues will be presented. Other topics include: The Genographic Project, Public and Private DNA Databases, Laws pertaining to genetic information, Rewards and risks of DNA testing.

Fall craft show and flea market
Bradford Co. Public Library will hold their first annual craft show and flea market. Handmade crafts, jewelry, paintings, photography and more will be featured. There will also be an outdoor flea market.
